Attached is a production plan for Monthly Mag. The taping will occur on 11/24 at 10am. We will have an on going virtual meeting under the discussion tab with all crew members about the production. The meeting will close on 11/20 at COB. Please submit your comments and suggestions by this date.

2. Get directions from John Doe on how to do DVD dubs from DVCpro
3. Make a list of needed props for taping at Jane Doe
4. Make a list of graphics we will need for Hazards video (can schedule time with John Doe)
5. Email Jane Doe to find out exactly what she would like to see on the slates for the Senior Center YouTube Clips
6. Work on Graphic ideas for the split screen for the PSA
7. Review Jane Doe's list of ideas for facts about water and select what you think would be good to use. This is based on the same idea as the stormwater management public service announcement we saw on YouTube. I think we sould use actors and actresses from the hotline.
8. Work on Farmers Market segment for the May Magazine. We have plently of footage from last year generic language - I could show you what we have written in the past and you can modify and the segment ususally ends with graphics listing the location and days of the week for Farmers Markets around Greensville.
